Mission:

The Bylaws Committee recommends, and reviews proposed changes to the bylaws to ensure that the bylaws reflect the purpose and goals of ATA.  The Committee is made up of the current President, the Vice President, the immediate Past-President, Secretary, and the Treasurer.

Duties:

• Review current ATA Bylaws and make recommendations to the ATA Board of Directors regarding any request that would require a change to any portion of current bylaws.
