Mission: The mission of the Past Presidents Council is to leverage the experience of former leaders to advise the current board, mentor future leaders, ensure historical continuity and best practices, and contribute to the organization's long-term goals and strategic initiatives. The committee's core purpose is to provide counsel, support leadership transitions, maintain interest in the organization, and help complete unfinished business by serving as a valuable, experienced resource for the current leadership.

Duties:  This Council will meet on an as needed basis to discuss current organizational matters, the future of the organization and any duties as assigned by the President to make suggestions and/or recommendations for consideration by the Board of Directors.

The Past Presidents Council is comprised of ATA past presidents who maintain membership in good standing.
