Started Appraisal career in 1998. Married since 1972. Wife Nancy. 2 sons, Nathan and & Ryan. Hobbies include raising Quarter Horses, Longhorn Cattle, part time farming and amateur bartender. :) Joining the ATA is the single best thing I have done as an Appraiser.
