Ashley “Brooke” Spruiell is the President and CEO of Magnolia Appraisal Services. Brooke is a Certified Residential Appraiser with 13 years' experience in residential appraising throughout Central Texas. She brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to the company. Brooke’s career in the Real Estate sector began in the new construction industry working as the builder liaison for a home automation and security company. Watching “sticks and bricks” being transformed into someone’s home created in her a love for real estate. When the door opened to enter the appraisal industry, she couldn’t resist. Brooke’s favorite part of appraising is putting the puzzle together to get to the real market value of a property.
Brooke resides in San Marcos, TX with her husband, daughter and two sons. She is actively involved in the local school district serving as a board member for the San Marcos Education Foundation. In addition, she is involved in her children’s school, Hill Country Christian School. She has previously served as Secretary and President of a local women’s service group, Beta Sigma Phi. Brooke is an alumnus of Texas State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. She’s a member of the Texas State Bobcat club and can often be seen cheering on the her beloved Bobcats.
