Bio
Patrick A. Harvey is an 8th generation Texas, and graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School in San Antonio. Upon graduation, he enlisted as an infantryman and was part of the Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team in the United States Marine Corps, and was honorably discharged in December 2010. During his time in the Marines, he was deployed twice, and received various awards for his professionalism and decisiveness. He then attended the University of the Incarnate Word where he graduated with honors, Manga Cum Laude, with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
Mr. Harvey is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal, litigation support, and expert witness testimony. Mr. Harvey has extensive experience in both binding and non-binding arbitrations, and has provided testimony as an expert witness in district court. As the Principal Owner of Freedom Appraisals, LLC, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering objective, defensible, and USPAP-compliant appraisal reports tailored for estate settlement, tax appeals, complex property litigation, as well as for residential and commercial lending.

Mr. Harvey is an Associate Member in the Appraisal Institute, and is working towards his designation. He is also a designated member of the National Association of Appraisers (MNAA). Mr. Harvey applies advanced valuation methodologies, while ensuring compliance with FDIC, OCC, and FIRREA regulations. His expertise extends to highest and best use analysis, market feasibility studies.
Mr. Harvey has served in numerous volunteer roles with a focus on youth sports as a coach with
the La Vernia Bears Youth Baseball organization, as well as volunteering time over the years to
cook for and feed the homeless community in San Antonio.
