I’m Sandra Santos-Avitia a military veteran. Starting my new journey as an Appraisal Trainee, I have currently finished all 8 core appraisal classes with Champion School of Real estate. I’m committed to developing a comprehensive understanding of appraisal methodologies. As well as enhancing my skills in property valuation, market analysis, and applying it to real-world appraisal scenarios. I also have acquired my Real Estate License which is currently inactive. I’m dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of residential appraisal and look forward to contributing to the success of your company.
