ATA’s Houston Regional meeting will be held July 10 and 11 at the Courtyard Marriott Houston I - 10 West/Energy Corridor (12401 Katy Freeway)
The meeting schedule will be:
Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Grey Matters: Judgment in the Appraisal Process
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - 2026-2027 7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course
The instructor for both classes will be Steve Kahane, ATA-R, Greater Houston Area Appraisals.
Each attendee must pre-purchase from ATA or bring their own digital or print copy of the following three publications:
1. 2024 USPAP Publication (if you took the 2024-2025 USPAP course, you should already have this publication)
2. 2026-2027 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM)
3. 2026-2027 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course Student Manual
Print copies must be ordered by June 19.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow appraisal professionals at breaks, lunch and a social.
