    Time is Running Out to Register!

    ATA’s Corpus Christi meeting will be held May 14-15 at the Coastal Bend Association of Realtors, 4825 Everhart Rd. #1, Corpus Christi.

    The meeting schedule will be:

    Thursday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    Grey Matters: Judgment in the Appraisal Process
    Instructor - Steve Kahane, ATA-R, Greater Houston Area Appraisals
    Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    2026-2027 7-Hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course
    Instructor - Bryan Reynolds, Reynolds Appraisal Service


    Each attendee must pre-purchase from ATA or bring their own digital or print copy of the following three publications:

    1.  2024 USPAP Publication (if you took the 2024-2025 USPAP course, you should already have this publication)
    2.  2026-2027 Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM)
    3.  2026-2027 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course Student Manual

    Print copies must be ordered by April 23. 

    Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow appraisal professionals at breaks, lunch and a social.

    We also invite you to join us for a social event following class on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The gathering will take place at B & J’s Pizza, located at 6335 S Padre Island Drive. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues in a relaxed setting.

    The fee to attend this meeting is $175 for ATA members and $320 for non-members (not a member, join now!) The fee to attend Friday morning course $75 for members and $90 for non-members (includes lunch).  (Fees increase $20 14 days before the meeting.)
